Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging (with its accompanying paperwork).

Please contact us at support@atowak.com to start the return process.

For returns not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any potential customs duties and taxes. An additional 50 USD will be deducted from the refund amount for returns not related to quality issues to cover the shipping costs incurred during the initial delivery of the watch.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


Refunds

For refund requests not involving a return, the refund requests will be processed within 2 business days after approval and returned to the original method of payment.

For orders involving both a return and refund, the refund requests will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the goods and confirm their good condition, and it will be returned to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel orders without any responsibility before the order is shipped (usually within 48 hours of placing the order).

Cancellation of orders after they have been shipped (usually after 48 hours of placing the order) may result in customers being responsible for the incurred shipping costs.
